I have mentioned in past times that my teenie weenie afro just takes far too long growing and if you are seeking to track flowing hair growth everyday like I do, then surely it'll look just as if one's locks are growing slowly. However, I was going thru my monthly pictures the past 6 months and boy has my hair grown!!
Because of the afro textured hair shape, kinky curly tresses are really coiled so that it can extend a lot. Since an all natural hairstyle this is not braided or twisted are going to be naturally coiled, then a hair growth will probably be really hard to see if tracking it daily. While this might sound a bit obvious, I really cherish my regrowth so I have been somewhat too "obsessed" (I'd say which is the word) about growing my hair!

As I was checking pictures with the last six months, I was quite content to see that, using a month by month basis, my hair has certainly grown. I would say the growth has become more of an "up and out" growth which, this being my very first time that growing my kinks, I guess is common. My tresses are not going to be dangling in the near future unless I braid it, but I am pleased to rock out my teenie weenie afro which can be now signing up for the shape of an full afro. Once it hits the size of approximately 12 inches (based on what I have read and also to my sister), then I could get decide just what the next hairstyle is, whether or not it would be cornrows or braids, or it could be dreadlocks (such as a young Gary Dourdan!). Or maybe just maintain afro hairstyle and simply get some regular trims. I'll see as I have a relatively good length left to develop and time for you to think about it.
By just how when I mention 12 inches of length I am talking from the length I get when I pull a lock of hair. When I release the pulling tension within the lock my hair coils back really short that is pretty much what I mentioned at the start of this post. Matter of fact, this curly phenomenon is exactly what is regarded as the curl take into account a book I are already reading called The Men's Hair Book (the whole title with the book is a lot longer although that is the main title). I am loving the novel so far and would want to review it within this blog soon because this book can help lots of everyone with studying your manes.
